Robb Vices is a monthly subscription box focused on exceptional products, food, accessories, etc. Each box is curated and comes with a booklet that tells the story of the items in the box. This box is for those who enjoy the finer things and appreciate the history or story behind it. I only say that because this box is not inexpensive. The price is $74.95 per month plus shipping. I subscribe to the Robb Report and very much enjoy reading it. If you subscribe to the magazine the offer a discount on the box. I researched previous boxes and liked what I saw so I subscribed.
Price: $74.95 per month plus shipping w/discounts for 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions.
Products: The products are high end, artisan and great quality.
Information: The include booklet is a wealth of information on the products.
Referral Program: Refer 3 friends and get a free box.
Alcohol: Sometimes they include alcohol which I'm a big fan of.
The Not So Good:
Price: The price is high for a monthly box of surprise items.
Auto-Renew. I don't care much for auto-renew especially on a box with a high price tag.
Contents of the Robb Vices Box:
Doc Herson's Red Absinthe. Value = $15.00
Doc Herson's Green Absinthe. Value = $15.00
Fiol Prosecco. Value = $18.89
Fatty Sundays Peppermint Chocolate Covered Pretzels. Value = $7.00
Schatzii Bullet Bluetooth Earpiece. Value = $150.00
The total value of this box is $205.89. The hero item of this box is the blue tooth earpiece. At first I was kind of bummed because I already have Bose bluetooth earphones and Bose wired earbuds. I didn't figure I would have a use for this. After thinking about it for awhile I think I do have a use for it. I like to listen to podcasts and I would like to listen to them while grocery shopping but I don't want to wear my headphones or have wires hanging from my ears. This is the perfect solution! It keeps one ear open so I can hear if someone talks to me but I can still listen to my podcast. Perfect! We drank the prosecco on new years eve and it was quite tasty. The chocolate covered pretzels were gone the first week and didn't make it to new years eve. I haven't had an opportunity to try the absinthe yet, I'll be honest I'm a little afraid.
Verdict: I still love the Robb Vices box.
