May Play! By Sephora box

The Play! by Sephora beauty box subscription has been around for awhile but I just could NOT get off the wait list. I don't know how long it was or what the criteria was but I think I waited almost a year or at least it felt that long. I finally saw someone post that subscriptions were open and was kind of upset that I didn't get an email from Sephora saying I was off the wait list. I signed up right away. About a day later I finally received the email from Sephora saying I was off the wait list. The need to work on their email timing.

The Play! by Sephora box contains five deluxe samples plus a fragrance bonus handpicked from Sephora. It also includes a little bag, booklet with tips and tricks and a free one-on-one tutorial at your local Sephora.

Price: $10 a month with shipping included.

The Good:

Products: Sephora is a mecca of beauty products. If you like Sephora you will like this box.

Booklet: They include a booklet full of information on the products in the box.

Points: If you buy an item from the box they give you extra points on your Sephora account.

Price: Can't beat the price.

The Not So Good:

It's a month to month subscription with no option to skip.

Contents of the Play! by Sephora box:

.03 oz. Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine perfume. Value = $1.20

.05 oz. Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche in Kimchi lipstick. Value = $8.67

1 oz. Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask. Value = $9.00

.001 oz. Tarte Tarteist Lip Crayon in Latergram. Value = $0.18

.05 oz. Origins Maskimizer. Value = $0.34

.1 oz. Origins Drink Up Mask. Value = $1.21

.1 oz. Origins Clear Improvement Masks. Value = $1.21

.34 oz. Korres Wild Rose Sleeping Facial. Value = $12.15

Cute little bag to carry your treasures in.

The total value of the of the May Play! box is $33.96. I know some people aren't a fan of sample sizes but I happen to love them. I get so many boxes it's hard to keep up when I get full size products. The only bad part is when I fall in love with a product and the sample sizes just aren't enough. I am familiar with most of the brands but not all of the products. I will use all of these items, even the lip liner crayon thing because if I end up not liking it I won't feel bad about not using a full size item.

Verdict: Great price and fun products.
