I'm back. Did anyone miss me?

I've been on vacation and without my packages. We took an amazing three week trip to Denmark and Norway.

Now I'm back and ready to delve back into my treasures and blogging.

This is the pile of packages I came home to. Most of this is from June so I may skip blogging about June stuff since it's almost over.

July packages should be rolling in next week so expect the reviews to resume!

June Graze Box - 8 Snack Pack

Graze sends out a box of four snack size containers of dried fruit, nuts, crackers, dip and dippers, etc.  The boxes are semi-customizable meaning you don't actually get to pick which items you want but you can rate the items you receive from love to never send me this again.  The cost of the box is $6.99 per shipment. You can also choose how often you want the boxes. I have mine set up for every four weeks.

I signed up for this box awhile ago and I'm still under the old pricing plan of $5.00 per shipment. I think it's super cool of them to keep me at the old rate. The price is why I keep this subscription.

I was checking my subscription online and noticed there was an option to receive a box of 8 snacks instead of 4. I decided this would be a better option for me so I switched to this plan and have it shipped every four weeks. I think this option becomes available after you get your first box.

Price: $6.99 per 4 pack shipment. This subscription ships to the US only, except Hawaii and Alaska.

The good:

Like Snacks: Are you a snacker like me?  These are perfectly proportioned snack size containers.

Nutritional info: The include nutritional info in each box. It's on the card in the package though, not the actual product.

Skip: You can do this online through your account and it's super easy.

Semi-customizable: You rate items and that's how they choose which items to send you.

The not so good:

Price: The costs ends up being $1.75 per package.  You're paying for convenience but I gotta be honest it was super convenient to pick up a pack and throw it in my lunch bag this morning.

8 snack pack from Graze

Yay! Another Soup to try.

Contents of box:

Dark Rocky Road Granola Yogurt Topper, chocolate granola, chocolate fudge, freeze-dried cherries.

Wholegrain Banana Caramel Dippers, banana shortbread with caramel sauce..

Graze's Lighty Salted Popping Corn.

Eleanor's Apple Crumble, soft apple pieces, raisins and cinnamon honey almonds.

Japanese Miso, soup with wake seaweed & a side of edamame beans.

Chai Latte, chai seeds, coconut, macadamias, yogurt sunflower seeds.

Vitamin C Crush, pineapple, mango & coconut.

Zesty Chili Lime Cashews.

I was excited to see another soup in this months box. I also can't remember if I've tried the Chai Latte box before but I love chai so I think I will like this one if I haven't tried it already.

Verdict: I'm really like my Graze boxes for convenient portable snacks.

June Julep Maven - Jelly Much Box

Julep is a monthly subscription company for nail polishes. When you sign up for Julep you take a little quiz and it will tell you what kind of polish girl you are.  You are not obligated to stay with that that type though.  When I first signed up the website said I was Boho Glam but liked the It Girl colors better so I picked that one and as you can see I went with neither of those options this month. You can join as a Julep maven for $24.99 a month which will get you $40+ worth of polish and products. You can also sign up for a prepaid 3 month subscription for $60 which brings it down to $20 a month. The next level subscription is Julep Maven luxe. This program is priced at $39.99 a month and you will get $60+ worth of prestige products. This also has a 3 month prepaid option for $105.00 which brings it to $34.99 a month. The benefit of these new plans is that each box is completely customizable which, as I understand, means you can pick they nail polish colors you want from any of the style profiles. Since I'm signed up under their old pricing plan ($19.99/month not customizable) I have the option of switching my subscription to one of these new tiers but I haven't switched yet.

Price: $24.99-$39.99 a month with a discount for prepaid 3 month subscription.

The good:

The colors: If you like nail polish then it's a nice way to experiment with multiple colors

Need a gift? If you want to send your box to a friend there is an option to do so.  Just log on to your account and click send to friend.

Ingredients: Julep is 4-free which means it's formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene or DBP free.

Want the polish but not the commitment?  You can buy the polish online at or in Sephora stores.  The cost is $14 so if you like polish then becoming a Maven is a better deal.  If you want to try it out first you can always pick one up at Sephora or online.

Swatches: I love how every month Julep shows what the color looks like on actual nails and shows it on different skin tones.

Referral program. You earn "Jules" for referrals, purchases, anniversary, birthday and upgrades.

Skip a month? YES. They recently changed it so ALL mavens have the ability to skip after purchasing their first monthly box.

The not so good:

Now that they have brought back the skips I couldn't think of anything that wasn't so good.

Jelly Much Box.

Radiant Amethyst eye glider.

Contents of Boho Glam box w/retail price:

Radiant Amethyst Eye Glider. Value = $12.80

Tiffany, Bombshell, Pink Radish Jelly Polish. Value = $14.00/$11.20

Lori, Classic with a Twist, Pressed Marionberry Jelly Polish. Value = $14.00/$11.20

The approximate value of my Bombshell Maven box is $40.80 or $35.20 using Maven pricing. I picked this box because I've never tried jelly polish and it looks fun. The main reason I picked it though was because I love purple eye liners and the eye glider formula is great. So this box was a big win for me.

Verdict: Love eye glider and I can't wait to try the jellies.
