July Blissmo Box - Savory Snack

The Blissmo box is a monthly subscription service geared toward organic & eco friendly products that are described as safer and better for you.  Each month they offer different boxes to choose from which vary based on themes or seasons. They offer various pricing structures depending monthly, 6 months or yearly.  The base price is always $19.95 but for monthly subscriptions add $4.95 shipping ($24.90 a month) and for 6 months subscriptions ($119.70) shipping is included. The company advertises that you will receive between $19-$40 worth of items for your $19-24.95.

Each month they send you an email with a choice of 2-3 boxes to pick from.  I've had never had an issue of them running out of the box I wanted until last month so I skipped that month.

This subscription is available in the US only.

The good:

Like trying new things but not sure what to try? This is a good way to start trying new products without being overwhelmed or spending a bunch of money.

Variety: They offer a selection of 2-3 different themed boxes.

Pricing: It's not too bad for what you get. Most of the boxes are over the paid price and offer some really cool stuff.

Information: They include a card with information about the company and their products.  Also on the card they list the value of each item received, I really appreciate this.

Skip a month? Yes, now you can skip a month and you won't be charged.

The not so good:

I can't think of anything I don't like.

Blissmo Savory Snacks Box.

Contents of box with retail price listed:

ips Egg White Chips. Value = $1.99 - These were actually really good, even the boyfriend liked them.

Eat Green Tea packet. Value = $1.00

Stur Raspberry Liquid Water Enhancer. Value = $4.49

Chomps Snack Stick. Value = $1.99 - Pretty good jerky. Usually the boyfriend eats these first but I grabbed this one.

Health Warrior Chia Bar. Value $1.89

MiniPops air popped sorghum grain. Value = $1.20 - I ate the whole bag, yep I did and I have no shame cause these are low cal and low fat.

2 oz. Oren's Kitchen Coconut Chili Macadamias. Value = $3.99

2 oz. Boulder Canyon Chips kettle cooked potato chips. Value = $1.49 - These weren't as greasy as regular chips.

Dream Water. Value = $3.25

(2) The Ginger People ginger chews. Value = $0.33/ea.

Hello Fresh gift card. Value = $25.00

The total value of my box is $21.95. I didn't include the gift card because Hello Fresh doesn't ship to California. The card doesn't expire until the end of the year so I'm going to hold onto it just in case they expnd their shipping area. I thought this box lived up to it's name. There were lots of delicious savory snacks in this box. I was really surprised that the egg white chips were so tasty. I'm glad the macadamia's are a little spicy otherwise I would eat the whole bag! It seems like flavored water enhancers are all the new in thing right now. I admit it makes drinking water easier. I like water and but sometimes it's boring and plain. I love the minipops and I love that I can eat the whole bag without feeling guilty.

Verdict: Blissmo box always has tasty snacks boxes.
