This subscription is available in the US only and ships from Illinois.

The good:

Healthy: This box is totally dedicated to health and fitness. If you're just starting to get active this is a fun way to try new products or fitness regimens.

Need a gift: Have a health nut friend or want to encourage someone? Send them a month, 3 month or yearly subscription.

Information: They send a little info card on the products included in the box.

The not so good:

Skip a month: No skipping a month option.

The theme of this months box is Balance Your Busy Schedule and Your Healthy Lifestyle with These Awesome, East Products.

Contents of box with approximate retail price/value listed.

1 pack of Fresh Feet Wipes. Value = $2.33 - I pulled this out and the boyfriend says "you can use those on my feet" - I think not. I did use them on my feet though after a day of walking around in sandals. I'm not sure this is something I would use everyday while at home because a washcloth would work just as well but I can totally see a use for them while traveling or on the beach.

1 Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Shake. Value = $3.69 - Pretty good, didn't taste chalky or weird

Blueprint Bar in Cranberry Lemon Cashew Date. Value = $??

Celsius Acai Green Tea Drink. Value = $1.75

Celsius orange flavor drink mix. Value = $1.43

(2) packs of QSpeed CoQ10. Value = $1.25/ea.

16 oz. Nature's Gate Herbal Body Wash. Value = $4.99

1.1 oz. Ziggy Marley's Roasted Hemp seeds in Caribbean Crunch. Value = $2.09

1 oz. Ziggy Marley's Coco'mon lemon coconut oil. Value = $1.07

1 oz. Ziggy Marley's Coco'mon original coconut oil. Value = $1.07

.5 oz. Crunchmaster Multi-seed Crackers in sea salt flavor. Value = $0.39 - I like these crackers a lot, although I liked this flavor I liked the original more.

.5 oz. Crunchmaster Multi-seed Crackers in original flavor. Value = $0.39 - I like this one better than the sea salt one but it was tasty also.

$10 credit to Klutchshop. Value = $10.00

2 months free trial to DailyBurn workouts and $10 store credit. Value $10.00 - This is $10 a month but they always give you a month free trial so I only counted 1 month.

Flo Living $100 off Woman's Code System Foundation. (Price of system $297.00)

The total value of this months box is $29.37 plus a buck or two for the Blue Print bar. I didn't include the Klutchshop credit since everything in the shop is more than $10. For some reason my box arrived wet on the the bottom like something had leaked. I searched everywhere and couldn't find the culprit but some of the flyers inside were damaged. I'm guessing QSpeed is somewhat new because this has been popping up in lots of boxes. The nice thing about seeing it multiple times is I can try it more than once to see if I like it or it works. I had no idea Ziggy Marley had a product line but I'm not shocked to see that it contains hemp seeds - ha ha. I'm happy with the snacks in this box and the body wash is very cool and will definitely be used.

Verdict: This box never fails to disappoint. If your into fitness type stuff or know someone who is I highly recommend this box. - I think this would make a great gift for someone who has expressed interest starting an exercise program or changing to a generally healthier diet.
