Hidden Treasure Soy Candle

You guys know about Diamond Candles with the rings inside, well this is something slightly different.  This is Hidden Treasure Soy Candle.  First of all these are made with soy which burn cleaner than regular candles and second like the name says each 20 oz. candle contains a hidden treasure.  Instead of a ring each candle contains a gold plated necklace, a silver necklace or a treasure chest with a code for a grand prize.  The grand prizes are an iPad 3, a Le Vian necklace valued at $999 or a Tiffany necklace valued at $5000.

I liked the idea of this candle since it has a necklace inside instead of a ring.  The candles range in price from $19.99 to $27.99 and they have tons of scents!

This comes rolled up attached on the side of the candle jar.

This is what the candle look like.  I started burning it then took the picture :).

This is the back and you can see the treasure wrapped in foil inside.  There was a sticker with a big X on it, hence the X marks the spot part of the little flyer.

This is the necklace that I found in my candle.  It's very pretty and well made.  The little squares on the end are nice and heavy.  As you can see the stamp on it says 925 which indicates that it is real sterling silver.  The necklace part is about 16" long and for me personally I would've liked it a little longer so the dangles aren't so close to my neck.  That's an easy fix though with a necklace extender.

I found the scent of this candle to be pleasant.  It wasn't an overpowering floral smell but more of a nice sweet smell.

Verdict: I like the hidden treasure idea and that the treasure is a necklace.  I think it makes a great gift!

**I am not any type of sponsor paid or unpaid for Hidden Treasure Candles.  I purchase these products myself.

  1. I love giving diamond candles as gifts-this is a fun alternative! Thanks for sharing!

    1. I thought so too. Not everyone likes rings plus the sizing can be difficult.

  2. I'm a fan of Diamond Candles, but this looks neat, too! You can never have too much jewelry!
