The good:

Healthy: This box is totally dedicated to health and fitness. If you're just starting to get active this is a fun way to try new products or fitness regimens.

Need a gift: Have a health nut friend or want to encourage someone? Send them a month, 3 month or yearly subscription.

Information: They send a little info card on the products included in the box.

The not so good:

Skip a month: No skipping a month option.

The theme of this month's box is "Spa Month"

Contents of box w/value based on full size price:

.25 oz. jar Anatomy Naturals Dead Sea Mud Mask. Value = $2.63 (4 oz. $42.00)

2 packets EBOOST Natural Energy Booster Mix. Value = $1.40/ea (20 packets $28.00) - I felt a twinge of a cold coming on so I mixed one of these with a 16.9 oz. bottle of water.  I don't care more for the fizz effect so I let that die out and then drank it.  It tasted like a mix of orange soda and tang.

sample container Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques Lip Gloss in Winterberry. Value = $0.99 (2g $8.00) - very glossy and nice color.  Difficult to use in the container it came in though.

3 oz, Natural Vitality's Natural Calm Magnesium Powder. Value = $9.00 (8oz. $23.95)

Taylor's of Harrogate Green Tea w/Jasmine. Value = $0.20 (20 ct $3.99)

Taylor's of Harrogate Green Tea w/Jasmine. Value = $0.20 (20 ct $3.99)

Taylor's of Harrogate Organic Peppermint Tea. Value = $0.22 (20 ct $4.49)

Taylor's of Harrogate Organic Chamomile Tea. Value = $0.22 (20 ct $4.49)

2.5 oz. Dream Water Sleep Aid and Natural Relaxer. Value = $3.33 (6 pack $19.99)

1 oz. Cremo Company Shave Cream. Value = $1.33 (6 oz. $7.99)

EcoTrek Fitness Whole Food Bar. Value = $2.33 (6 bars $14.00) - This was quite delicious.  It had a chocolate outside and the inside didn't taste like a healthy protein bar.  A+

Soothing Music CD from Sequoia Records. Value = $16.98

12 oz. can of Zenify live stress free drink. Value = $2.16 (12 pk. $25.95) - This was a nice light citrus flavor.  I can't say I felt less stress though.

iTrain Mobile Workouts $50 gift card - prices start at $7.99 per workout so you can get up to 6 free workouts. They have treadmill, cycle, elliptical, rowing, arc trainer, sculpt, ballet, strength, yoga and pilates. $50 gift card - I checked this out online and I found acupuncture, yoga, chiropractor, massage therapy, personal trainer, physical therapist, registered dietician services within 10 miles of my home on the zeel network.  The prices start at $35 and go up from there depending on the service you choose.

The total value of this box is $140.99  What!?!?  I counted the gift cards because there is no additional purchase required so they are true gift cards.  Even if you didn't count the gift cards it's still $40.99 worth of stuff for $18.  It's seems magnesium is the "in" thing right now because I received some magnesium spray in another box.  I love the color of the lip gloss and it was nice that they included a little girly item in the spa box.

Verdict: This box never fails to disappoint. If you into fitness type stuff or know someone who is I highly recommend this box. - I think this would make a great gift for someone who has expressed interest starting an exercise program.

I am an affiliate for KLUTCHClub.  This means I earn a 20% cash commission if someone signs up for a subscription using my link. This does not affect my opinions in any way.  I purchases these subscription boxes myself.
