Diamond candle - Cinnamon Tea

Heard of Diamond Candle yet?  Let me fill you in.  It's not a subscription company it's just a fun little product with a little gimmick.  Diamond Candles are large 21 oz soy candles with a ring in it.  Yep I said ring.  The company puts a ring inside each candle that has a value of $10 to $5000.  The rings range is size from 6-8 but you can't choose which size you will receive.  The price is $24.95 plus $5.00 shipping.  So it's a little pricey but you get a piece of costume jewelry out of it or if you're super lucky then a ring worth more than the price of the candle.  I think it makes a fun gift also.

This is my second candle.  The first one I purchased was Apple Slice you can read about it and see a picture of my ring here
They package these really well.  It comes in the cardboard box in the picture which is wrapped in bubble wrap and places in a box with more cushioning.

This is the ring inside the candle.  The ring is wrapped up inside foil inside the candle to protect it from the wax.  When you get it out I would recommend waiting for the wax to dry before unwrapping it.  The last candle took probably about 2-4 hours of burning time before I was able to get the ring out and I still have over half the candle left.

This scent is really nice.  It has a spice scent but not too strong.  I like this one more than the apple slice, it's more mellow but still effective.  This one burned down more evenly than the apple slice.  I cut the wick on this one before lighting it which eliminated the black smoke from initial lighting.

This is my ring, wrapped in a plastic bag then wrapped in foil and covered in wax.  This time I let the wax harden before opening the package.

This is my ring from the cinnamon tea candle.  The inside is stamped with a word but I can't read it.  My guess is it says Thailand which makes it a non-valuable ring but I still think it's pretty.

**I am not any type of sponsor paid or unpaid for Diamond Candle.  I purchased this item myself.

    1. Mrs. Litz - I laughed when I read this. I got an email saying someone bought a candle so thank you. $5 off means I have to buy another one, right? I'm going to have half burned candles all over my house. ha ha I hope you get a nice ring. Keep me posted

  3. I bought one through your link and I got this same exact scent. Our ring ended up being a cheap one but it was still pretty and my daughter likes to play "wedding" with it. So after that one I saw them half off at Half Off Depot and four new candles just arrived at my door this morning! We have Gingerbread Latte burning right now (reminds me of Hazelnut scented candles).

    1. Joy - the half off depot deal was a good one! I received an email about a week ago saying someone bought a candle through my link. That must have been you, so thank you! I'm curious if anyone has gotten an expensive ring

  4. Ahhh I'm like *this* close to getting one but I'm super picky about rings. The first one you got is exactly what I'd hope to get! This is such a fun concept. I might just have to cave and get one before the $5 off expires.

Oh, and I got the blissobox email today - so excited for my first one! Which one are you going to get? I went for the Blissful Bites. YUM

    1. I would only buy one if just want a candle. It's a cool concept but it's like gambling, you just never know if you're going to get lucky.

I also picked the Blissful Bites box. Hope some yummy snacks are in there!

    2. So true. I like your second ring too but what are the odds of me getting a purple ring... hey, maybe I'll treat myself when some special occasion calls for it. :)
